SHIPPING POLICY
All jewelry items listed on our store are made to order, requiring approximately two business weeks for production.
We use reputable logistics providers such as FedEx, Malca-Amit, DHL, and other trusted carriers for shipping, including insurance coverage.
- Express Shipping: Available at an additional cost of $50 to $100. Tracking details will be provided within 24-48 hours of shipment. Estimated delivery time is 7-9 business days.
- Standard Shipping (Free): Provided via EMS India Post/USPS, with an estimated delivery time of 22-25 days.
Shwenit Jewels Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for delays caused by customs, severe weather, or other factors beyond our control. We do not ship to PO boxes.
Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, GST, or VAT in their respective countries. If a buyer delays the receipt of the shipment, leading to loss or damage by the courier, Shwenit Jewels Pvt. Ltd. holds no responsibility. Buyers must track their parcels and resolve any issues directly with the shipping provider.
If tracking indicates a shipment has been delivered, yet the buyer claims non-receipt, the buyer must contact their local shipping company for clarification. Shwenit Jewels Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for lost or damaged parcels in such cases.
ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
To cancel an order, customers must log in to their account and submit a cancellation request within 72 hours of order placement via email or the cancellation request form. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
If work has begun on the order, a restocking/processing fee of 20% of the order value will apply.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
To request a return, customers must log in to their account and submit a return request form within 7 days of receiving their order. Once the request is reviewed, return instructions will be sent via email. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Upon receiving the returned item, our quality assurance team will inspect it. Items showing signs of wear, alteration, resizing (by a jeweler other than Shwenit Jewels Pvt. Ltd.), or damage will not be eligible for a refund. Customers will be informed of the final decision via email.
Approved returns will be refunded within 6-7 business days after receipt of the returned package. Customers will be notified via email upon approval and refund processing.

EXCHANGE POLICY
We currently do not accept exchanges.
PAYMENT METHODS
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. If your card is declined, your order will be automatically canceled.
- PayPal: Secure checkout using your PayPal account.
- Bank Wire Transfer: Available for orders over $500 USD. After placing a bank wire order, you will receive account details for transferring funds. Processing times may vary. Orders are confirmed and processed upon receipt of payment.
